Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Rezhim collects when you use our website, Guard Patrol, and company dashboards — and how we use, share, and protect it.

Last updated 23 September 2026 · Terms and Conditions

Who we are

Rezhim, Inc. (“Rezhim”, “we”, “us”) provides security operations software for security companies. This includes the public website at rezhimsecurity.com, the Guard Patrol mobile app, and the company and platform dashboards.

This policy applies to personal information we process as part of those products. Operational records created by a security company (patrols, incidents, assigned users) are controlled by that company.

Information we collect

Account details: name, username, phone (if provided), company name, role, and login credentials.

Operational records you or your company submit: checkpoint patrols, scan times, remarks, incident reports, and related assignments.

Location data when a guard uses live GPS on a device, so the app can show position during a shift. If location is off, the app may show a simulated position for demonstration only.

Technical information needed to run the service: device type, app version, IP address, and basic usage logs.

Contact details you send through the website contact form or email, such as company size and the workflows you want to discuss.

How we use information

We use this information to create and authenticate accounts, operate Guard Patrol and the dashboards, show company admins their own users and activity, provide support, keep the service secure, and improve reliability.

We may send service messages about your account. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Who can see information

Users see information needed for their role. Company admins can see users, patrols, and incidents for their own company. Platform administrators may access data only as needed to support, maintain, or secure the service.

We use infrastructure and service providers (for example hosting and email) who process information on our behalf under contract. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service, users, or the public.

Location and device permissions

Guard Patrol may ask for location to show live GPS, camera access to scan checkpoints, and flashlight or vibration for on-shift tools. These permissions stay on the device unless you grant them. You can turn them off in system settings; some features will then be unavailable.

Retention and security

We keep account and operational records while the company account is active and as needed for support, security, and legal obligations. After an account is closed, we delete or anonymize personal data when we no longer need it, unless a longer period is required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can update your profile in the app. Company admins can manage users for their company. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, email [email protected].

If a record belongs to your employer’s operations (for example a patrol log), we may need to handle the request with that company.

Children

Rezhim is built for security companies and their staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
