Agreement

By creating an account, installing Guard Patrol, or using the dashboards, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Rezhim for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Rezhim provides security operations software, including QR checkpoint patrols, incident reporting, user management, and related admin tools. Features may change as the platform grows.

Rezhim is a software tool. It does not replace a company’s licensed security obligations, on-site procedures, or duty of care to staff, clients, or the public.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your username and password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Company admins are responsible for the users they add, the roles they assign, and for removing access when someone leaves. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been misused.

Customer data

Patrol scans, incidents, user lists, and similar records belong to the company that owns the account. Rezhim processes that data only to provide and secure the service.

How personal information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Use Rezhim only for lawful security operations. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, submit false emergency or incident reports, harass others, or upload unlawful content.

Location, camera, and patrol records must be used in line with applicable workplace, privacy, and local laws. Your company is responsible for telling staff when location or activity is recorded.

Plans and payment

Some features may require a paid plan. Fees, if any, will be shown at the time of purchase or upgrade. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

The software is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Rezhim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including missed patrols, delayed incident response, or business interruption.

Termination

You or your company admin may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if fees are unpaid, or if we need to protect the service or other customers.

After closure, we may delete or anonymize data as described in the Privacy Policy, except where we must retain it by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and ask your admin to close the account.
